Remote Working – Telephone Fundraisers!

We are looking for personable and passionate individuals to represent a selection of charities and NFPs over the phone and speak to existing and prospective supporters who have shown (at least) an interest through various channels. Are you passionate about world issues? Do you want to have personable conversations with people about potentially serious subjects and the motivation to make a strong fundraising appeal on a charity’s behalf? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:

We are looking for individuals with previous telephone fundraising or telesales experience who have a passion for charity. You will be working on behalf of leading organisations that strive to create lasting change.

We are looking for resilient individuals with proven target-driven experience and excellent telephone manners!

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm- 8:00 pm (can work full day or split shifts 12:30-4:00/4:30-8:00) as long as shift pattern favours equal or greater evening shifts. The incentive is to keep mornings and weekends free for other projects/studies etc.
£10.31 per hour – £11.31 per hour if weekly targets are met! (Pay enhancement scheme)

Practical needs:

• Private workspace with no noise pollution or household foot traffic
• Laptop or PC running on with MAC of Windows 8 or above (we specifically cannot run on Chromebooks or Windows 7)
• Ability to run an Ethernet cable (provided) from workstation to internet router as home WiFi is rarely strong enough to support desired sound quality
